They're Facebook recommendations rather than star ratings, so there's no score being averaged: a reviewer either recommends the business or doesn't, and 100% of them do.

No — checkout is open to guests. You'll get the same confirmation email and tracking link either way. If you want order history in one place, you can create an account when you check out.

Yes, up until we send your order processing email. Once you've had that, the print is already in production and we can't pull it back. Email us at contact@clubsfromabove.com as soon as you know — we'll do what we can.

First, check the dispatch email for the tracking link and the courier's last update. If it's been more than 7 days since dispatch (UK) or 14 days (international) with no movement, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and a handful of local payment methods depending on your country. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Yes. Payments go through Stripe, who are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest tier. We don't store your card details on our servers at any point; everything sensitive lives with Stripe.

Delivery cost depends on the product and your destination — it's calculated at checkout so you can see the total before paying.

UK orders typically arrive within 5 working days from dispatch. International orders usually take 7–14 working days depending on destination and any customs handling. Production adds 1–3 days on top, depending on the product.

Yes — we ship worldwide through our production partners. Most popular destinations (EU, US, Canada, Australia, NZ) are well-supported; exact options and costs appear at checkout once you enter your address.

Yes. At checkout there's a separate delivery address field — fill that in if you'd like the print sent somewhere other than your billing address. Useful for gifts.

Every print is made to order — your club, your photo, your size and finish — so we don't accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. That's the made-to-order exception in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we say so at checkout as well as here.

Before production starts, you can cancel for a full refund. Just email us as soon as you can and we'll tell you where your order has got to.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your print arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or goes missing in transit, we replace it or refund you free of charge — you have 30 days from delivery to reject it outright, and we cover return postage. Email us at contact@clubsfromabove.com with your order number and we'll sort it.
